Sion is an agility-based ranger hero of the Draconis faction. He wields the power of wind, summoning vortices that split his basic attacks to strike multiple foes at once.

1	Wingstorm Barrage		Active: Generates 4 vortices to attack enemies for 6 seconds. Each vortex will whirl around enemy heroes one after another based on their positioning. As each vortex hovers on its target, it deals 140% Dragonspeak Damage per second to the target and nearby enemies. As the vortices begin to circulate, they can merge with other nearby vortices to form tornados, which are more powerful and deal 300% Dragonspeak Damage per second.
11	Gale’s Breath		Upon dealing damage to an enemy, Sion gains 1 stack of Gale Blessing, with each stack increasing his damage dealt by 1%, Energy Recovery Rate by 0.3 point, and shield gain by 1 point. Stacks up to 100 times. Sion will lose 40% of his Gale Blessing stacks when he is hit by control effects.
21	Gale’s Breath		Each stack of Gale Blessing increases Sion’s damage dealt by 1.1%, Energy Recovery Rate by 0.4 points, and shield gain by 1.1 points.
41	Whirling Blades		Sion rapidly throws 2 spinning blades, each dealing damage equal to 150% of his Attack Rating and stealing 50 Energy points from enemies while reducing their Energy Recovery Rate and shield gain by 60% for 8 seconds.
61	Skyward Protection		Sion manipulates the wind to form a Wind Shield around himself for 10 seconds, which can block damage equal to 400% of his Attack Rating. When the shield blocks damage taken from long range, each point of shield value can block 3 points of damage. While Sion has a Wind Shield, his Tenacity and Dragonspeak Resist are increased by 40 points.
81	Wingstorm Barrage		Increases vortex duration to 8 seconds.
101	Gale’s Breath		Each stack of Gale Blessing increases Sion’s damage dealt by 1.2%, Energy Recovery Rate by 0.5 points, and shield gain by 1.2 points.
121	Whirling Blades		Deals damage equal to 180% of his Attack Rating to enemies on the path.
141	Skyward Protection		The Wind Shield can block damage equal to 500% of his Attack Rating.
161	Wingstorm Barrage		Sion’s normal attacks prioritize targeting the nearest vortex or tornado. Upon hitting one, it will split into 3 spinning blades that fly at the nearest enemy, prioritizing targeting different enemies.
181	Gale’s Breath		When Sion has more than 40 stacks of Gale Blessing, he enters the Windwalker state, increasing his Accuracy by 400 points and his Physical Pierce by 50 points.
201	Whirling Blades		Deals damage equal to 200% of his Attack Rating to enemies on the path.
221	Skyward Protection		The Wind Shield can block damage equal to 600% of his Attack Rating.

For every stack of Gale Blessing Sion has, his Attack Speed is increased by 1 points, up to a maximum increase of 30 points.

• [+10 Unlocks] For every stack of Gale Blessing Sion has, his Attack Speed is increased by 2 points, up to a maximum increase of 60 points.

• [+20 Unlocks] When Sion is hit with a Control effect, he will only lose 20% stacks of Gale Blessing, and every time he blocks a control effect, he will gain 10 stacks of Gale Blessing.

• [+30 Unlocks] At the start of battle, Sion gains 50 stacks of Gale Blessing.

• [+40 Unlocks] Sion can enter the Windwalker state when he hass more than 20 stacks of Gale Blessing, during which his normal attacks will throw an extra spinning blade.
