Fields of Ice is a Voyage of Wonders stage available during the Spring Spree Event. In order to collect the chests scattered through the stage, players must traverse puzzles that utilize levers, steam cannons, turrets, lasers, portals, and railroad switches.
There are 2 crystal chests and 7 gold chests to collect.
Background[]
Brewmaster Rigby Brown has set out in search of remnants of an old Dwarven region known as the Frozen Prairie, but what he seeks is not what most people desire. Rigby has only one thing on his mind, a new and special type of brew! Armed with an excellent sense of smell, Rigby is determined to sniff out the prize he so desires, leaving empty-handed is not a consideration. You get what you put in, that's Rigby's motto. Despite the frosty conditions, young Rowan has also joined Rigby on his adventure in the hopes of capitalizing on this special brew.
Event Rules[]
- Explore the world and acquire an assortment of loot and rewards while the event is underway.
- After each battle has been concluded, the health and energy levels for heroes and enemies will not be reset.
- If a battle timer runs out, the attacking side's heroes will be wiped out.
- Players may restart the adventure at any time. Resetting the adventure will return all heroes and enemies to their original state.
- The strength of enemies is based upon each player's own strength. Enemies' strength levels will not change once the event has begun.
- Rewards may only be collected once per event.

Rowan: What do you want to find? Dwarven stout? The dwarfs' rye stout has been hard to acquire since the city of Maldan fell.
Rigby: Rye stout is good, but the dwarfs are known for more than just that! A cold climate means a strong, hot spirit!
Rowan: You mean a secret recipe of some sort? Everyone in the city wants to know how brewmasters find their ingredients. Can you tell me?
Rigby: Haha! If it were that easy, everyone would be a brewmaster. Maybe one day - What's that I can smell? So fragrant!
[Camp one defeated]
Rowan: It would seem we've got our work cut out. Hmm, what's that? It looks well-crafted, looks like the work of the dwarfs.
Rigby: Maldan was a fortress city after all, so it's not too strange to see some dwarven contraptions within the Frozen Prairie.
Rowan: But who'd want to use them to protect a cellar? Are the gods playing a prank on us? I would hazard a guess that the land here has changed a lot in recent years.
Rigby: We might be trapped, good thing The Frozen Mother has ushered in winter. Luckily the ice can give us another way forward.
[Pan to laser and steam cannon]
Rigby: Looks like we can use this thing to our advantage. All we've gotta do is aim at that big contraption ahead.
Rowan: It would seem that the water orbs fired by this Steam Cannon can be turned into ice blocks. We can use the blocks of ice to block the beam, and then continue on our way.
Game Log: Using the Zanger Steam Cannon allowed us to transform water into blocks of ice with the Ice Converter, blocking the beam and opening up the road ahead for us.
[Second steam cannon fired]
Rigby: Look, that ice block smashed into the ice shelf. That's some really tough ice.
Rowan: The newer ice is softer, thus, has no effect on the older, harder ice.
Rigby: Blocking the beam should be enough. We just have to make sure we don't block the path ahead.
[Blue lever pulled, raising platform with barrel on it]
Rowan: Master Brown, look! A barrel!
Rigby: Let me have a look. Hmm, it's empty. I can't smell anything coming from it.
Rowan: What a shame!
Rigby: Ha! You young'uns sure do give up easily! It's just a minor setback. We'll blow this barrel to smithereens!
Rowan: Do you often have many setbacks?
Rigby: Why of course! It's not easy making good brews! My spirit isn't broken so easily.
Rowan: Sometimes it's easier to cut your losses than to blindly persevere.
Rigby: Some people say I'm a fool for going to such lengths, but perhaps only a fool is capable of making such good brews?
Rowan: Hmm...

Rowan: This is the last one. There's nothing wrong with your sense of smell, is there?
Rigby: You're starting to make me nervous!
Rowan: I'm gonna open it.
Rigby: Open it! It's time to get drunk!
Rowan: Uh.. this is red wine?
Rigby: Seems this isn't the lost brew we were looking for.
Rowan: What makes you say that?
Rigby: It's the wrong vintage. Why do you seem more disappointed than me?
Rowan: Because I was hoping for a new business opportunity. You forget I'm a merchant after all!
Rigby: You're a crafty one! Well, your hopes have been dashed.
Rowan: I initially felt disappointed, but I think it's not been a bad adventure, apart from the cold, that is.
Rigby: Do you have any sugar on you? Put some cinnamon and sugar in the wine.
Rowan: Like this?
Rigby: It is, but I can't have too much of it. It's still too early in the day!
