The Arena is a ranked seasonal ladder competition, wherein each season has a duration that lasts for 2 weeks. Once the season has concluded, players rankings will be calculated and given rewards based on their overall ranking. A player's own heroes' health bars are displayed as red, wheras the opponent's health bars are displayed as green.
When challenging opponents within the arena, what do the points beside their names represent?
Players are matched according to their ladder points. You are able to view your opponent's ladder points. Opponents may have higher, lower or equal ladder points. Players will not be matched with those that have a much greater or lower ladder rating than themselves.

How many Guild Deputies can my guild have?

If a Guild Master has been inactive for more than 3 days, Guild Master status will automatically be given to the next Guild Deputy that logs on first.
Will I lose my Guild Coins if I leave my guild?

Why have my relics disappeared?
Relics are a special type of item that are only available within the Arcane Labyrinth and Peaks of Time. They cannot be used in other parts of the game.
Why do the enemies I encounter differ from other player's enemies?
The difficulty of enemies within the Labyrinth is based upon the player's own attack ratings. The stronger a player becomes, the stronger the enemies become. Stronger enemies also drop better loot than weaker enemies.
How often does the Labyrinth store get refreshed?

If I have more than one of the same relic, will its attributes and bonuses be stacked?
Yes, duplicate relics have stackable bonus attributes.
How do relic bonus attributes work?
Relics directly alter the heroes attributes which can be viewed on the hero page. If a hero's Crit Rating is originally at 10% and later uses a relic which states "Crit Rating +10%", the heroes overall crit rating within the Labyrinth will be equal to 20%.
Are the rewards for completing a Labyrinth floor randomized?

How do I increase my heroes' levels?
Select the "Heroes" tab and choose the hero you'd like to level up. You can tap or hold down the "Level Up" button to increase their level. Leveling up heroes expends gold and hero exp which are mainly harvested while you are AFK.
How can I increase my heroes' ascension (tier) levels?
You can ascend your heroes at the "Temple of Ascension" by expending the resources required for ascension. Raising a hero's ascension tier raises their overall attributes and further raises the maximum level the hero can reach. Ascension generally requires the expenditure of certain heroes of the same faction or the same name and ascension tier.
How do I unlock hero skills?
Heroes are able to unlock new skills every 20 levels. Every 20 levels is a key level which requires the expenditure of Hero Coins as well as gold and Hero EXP. Each time a hero reaches a key level a new skill is unlocked, if there are no more skills to unlock then a skill's level will be increased.
What attributes do heroes have?
The main hero attributes are HP (Hit Points), ATK (Attack Rating) and DEF (Defense Rating). Leveling up a hero and increasing their ascension level will raise all three of main hero attributes. Aside from the three main attributes there is also: CRIT (Crit Rating), Dodge, ACC (Accuracy) etc. These types of attributes can only be raised by a hero's equipment or skills.
How can I tell if a hero's damage is Magic or Physical?
On the hero page you can see whether the hero uses physical or magic damage by checking the attack attribute icon. If a hero has a physical-type icon it means all of their skills including normal and ultimate skills deal physical damage. If they have a magic-type icon then that hero only deals magic damage.
What are hero factions and what use do they have?
A hero's faction can be seen at the upper left corner of the hero's avatar. All factions have advantages and disadvantages, depending upon which faction they are fighting. If your hero has an advantage over another faction i.e Wilders > Graveborn, then they will deal extra damage to that faction. Factions can also raise your formations overall damage. If there are multiple heroes of the same faction teamed together they will gain an attribute bonus. Aside from this, certain quests and ascension requirements will specify certain faction heroes before they can be met.
I have some equipment but certain heroes cannot equip it. Why?
All heroes have a particular class. Heroes may only wear equipment that matches their own class. You can check a hero's class by viewing it at the "Heroes" tab.
What does the faction icon on some armors represent?
Faction icons, when worn by a hero of that faction will receive an additional attribute bonus. Equipment that possess faction icons are somewhat rarer than other types of equipment.
My hero slots are full, what can I do?
You can retire common heroes at the Rickety Cart to free up some space, other tiered heroes can be ascended at the Temple of Ascension. Another option is to purchase more hero slots.
How can I increase my hero slots?
Different VIP levels will offer a different amount of hero slots, you can also use diamonds to increase the slot amount.
How is Hero's Essence used?
Hero's Essence is used to level up heroes. Hero's Essence is needed at level 11 and 21. Aside from level 11 and 21 Hero's Essence is also required every 20 levels.

How do I create a new game account and start a fresh game?
Each device may only create one account. Once your account has been created, it cannot be deleted. If you want to begin a fresh game you can change your server and begin again from scratch on that server.
How can I log in to my account on different devices?
Please tap on your player avatar in the top left hand corner of the game and select "Player Details", "Account - Link" and link your account to a third party service such as Facebook. If your old device and new device are using the same operating system (iOS / Android) you can tap "Player Details", "Account - Switch" and login via your third party option. If your new device's operating system differs from your old device you must first link your account with Facebook and then select "Player Details", "Account - Switch" and login via your Facebook account.
I have already linked my account to a third party service, can I un-link it?
In order to protect your account's safety it is not possible to un-link your account from its third party account.
Are there any differences between new and old servers?
Apart from differing guilds, players and the arena ladder rankings, there are no differences.

In order to protect your account's safety, new devices may sometimes be flagged as suspicious. We suggest you keep playing the game on your new device for some time and then try again.
Why do in-game prices differ from the actual price that was paid?
In-game store prices are fixed and do not change, however due to international exchange rates, the final cost of the actual price paid may be slightly higher or lower than the price displayed within the game.
Why am I unable to make a purchase? The error message "Error code - 1 2" is displayed.
