This page will list specific strategies against some units particularly annoying. It can help you to clear stages where most of the time you should focus on these to pass.
Some of these can be pretty obvious but I will give you examples to how to deal with theses specific enemies.
Silvina
Template:Infobox HeroShe will target your weakest mage but after her initial strike and if your unit survive the rest of the match can be dealt more easily.
Recommended strategies :
Frontline Strategy
- Front line : Put your weakest mage who will be targeted in front line and preferably on the same row that Silvina else he will have to tank too much units. At backline set powerful damage dealers because they will focus her. Fawkes is a good choice because he will slow her attack speed and potentially remove her barrier with his ultimate.
Recommended units :
- Nara : She can grab her at end of her teleportation. It’s very useful to avoid your mage being focused at start
- Fawkes : For reason mentioned
Arden
His root is the primary threat so base your strategy to delay it or kill him before he even do it.
Recommended units :
- Nara : Her grab and stomp will delay his root and by some chances he will be dead before trying to do it
- Athalia : Her initial dash will delay his root and bring him closer to your damage dealers
- Arden : You can counter Arden with yours if he roots first. You can combine with Lyca to give you the advantage of speed
Lucius
Lucius is really depending on his ultimate so it can be a good strategy to use units like Ezizh, Nara or Ferael who can absorb energy or block ultimates ability.
Recommended units :
- Fawkes : Keep your ultimate for when he will use his ultimate. It will remove all the shields
- Ferael : From level 101 he can reduces enemies energy and delay Lucius ultimate.
Brutus
Your goal will be to bypass his shield when he will be lowered to 1 HP or to survive to his first ultimate.
Recommended units :
- Fawkes : Keep your ultimate for when he will be invulnerable. Don’t auto and wait for the moment the shield appear.
- Nara : Her ultimate bypass his invulnerability. Don’t rely on auto and wait for the moment the shield appear.
- Brutus : Your own Brutus is the best tank against another Brutus.
- Thoran : Less efficient but sometime his resurrection can allow your damage dealers to survive a fatal wound and finish him
Shemira
Shemira is really depending on his ultimate so it can be a good strategy to use units like Ezizh, Nara or Ferael who can absorb energy or block ultimates ability.
Recommended units :
- Fawkes : He can grab her in his coffin
- Fawkes + Shemira : Trigger Fawke ultimate manually when your Shemira will be silenced to give your Shemira the advantage.
- Ferael : For his energy decrease
- Tasi : Her banish and ultimate if used before her ultimate can be decisive
- Arden : His root can give you the advantage but can't be controlled
- Shemira : You own Shemira will silence her but try to get the advantage of speed with Lyca
- Nemora : Difficult to target but her charm can give a big advantage if Shemira is targetted. More efficient when enemy's Shemira is on front line.
Fawkes
His coffin will give the enemy team a big advantage so focus on delay it.
Recommended units :
- Nara : Her grab and stomp will delay his coffin.
Niru
Prioritize Niru as primary target, he will be stronger each time an ally will be killed
Recommended units :
- Shemira : She can silence him and prevent him for doing anything.
Ira
Her slow can be really disadvantageous so you can decide to focus on her with Nara or Athalia to handle the rest of the battle more easily
Saveas
He can deal a lot of damage when focusing a unit and his ultimate give him an incredible sustain. You can try to slow him or removing his buffs.
Recommended units :
- Fawkes : He will slow him and he can remove all of his buffs with his ultimate
- Nemora : Her charm can turns out the tide of battle if he is targeted
- Ira : She can slow him
Golus
He can be tough to kill and is very resistant when close to the death. His stomps and ultimate will damage your backline units. You can rely on units that will force him to turn around.
Recommended units :
- Thane : He will go behind him and reverse the side of his skills. Less units will be damaged.
- Grezhul : His ultimate will summons skeletons behind him that will be targeted.
- Athalia : She will pass behind him and bring him closer. Sometimes it can work or be more dangerous.
Ogi
He is also tough to kill and his throw can stuns your backline and be annoying. You can use the same strategy as for Golus and force him to turn around.
Recommended units :
- Thane : He will go behind him and reverse the side of his skills. Less units will be damaged.
- Grezhul : His ultimate will summons skeletons behind him that will be targeted.
- Athalia : She will pass behind him and bring him closer. Sometimes it can work or be more dangerous.
Ankhira
Her spider web disable one of your unit for a very long time so focus on delaying or kill before she tries to do it.
Recommended units :
- Nara : Her grab and stomp will delay his root and by some chances she will be dead before trying to do it
- Athalia : Her initial dash will delay his spider web and bring her closer to your damage dealers
Khasos
His axe throw can deal a lot of damage to your backline units. If there is more than one at the start of the battle you can lose your best units. You can rely on units that will force him to turn around.
Recommended units :
- Thane : He will go behind him and reverse the side of his skills. Less units will be damaged.
- Grezhul : His ultimate will summons skeletons behind him that will be targeted.
- Athalia : She will pass behind him and bring him closer.
Athalia
Her initial dash will be very dangerous for the targeted unit. There is some tips to mitigate her damages.
Recommended units :
- Nara : She can grab her after her dash. It’s very useful to avoid the targeted unit being focused at start.
Estrilda
Recommended units :
- Nemora : If she managed to charm Estrilda your units can be buffed instead of enemies and also her charge direction can be reversed
- Thane : He will go behind her and reverse the side of her skills. Less units will be damaged.
- Athalia : She will pass behind her and reverse the side of her skills. Less units will be damaged. Also her buffs will not reach her allies
Belinda
Recommended units :
- Ferael : For his energy decrease
- Nara : She can grab her and reduce her energy gain
- Shemira : For her silence
Warek
He can throw your unit to enemy side and once done it will be difficult because you will be targeted by most of them.
Recommended units :
- Thane : Even if thrown he can manage to go back to the right side
- Athalia : She will pass behind him and bring him closer. If reversed his throw will be less dangerous
Dreaf
Don’t try anything and maybe he will give you mercy.
